Not in love with your new bag? No problem. We want you to love our work as much as we love making it for you!
RETURNS
Please make sure that it’s in original condition (unworn and not damaged) and we are happy to offer store credit for any reason, within 46 days of the ship date, in exchange for your returned item.
Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card. (See the Gift Cards Section of the FAQ for information on redeeming and the terms and conditions associated with gift cards.) Contact us at hello@materialsandmethods.ca to start the process.
NOTE: all customized bags (custom strap length, etc.) are FINAL SALE and can’t be returned. For this situation, we are planning to set up a resale marketplace. EXCHANGES
